The purpose of this training was, first of all, to get familiar with spatial information systems, to know coordinate systems, image systems and their differences, and secondly, to learn the basics of QGIS software. After introducing the software, we prepared the map in QGIS, then reviewed the preliminary styling of the vector layers, and at the end, we examined the processing of spatial and descriptive information.

The Linux Essentials Training Workshop was a comprehensive workshop designed for individuals seeking fundamental knowledge and skills in Linux operating systems. Participants delved into the essentials of Linux, covering topics such as basic commands, file systems, user management, and system administration. This workshop provided hands-on experience and practical insights into the Linux environment, catering to both beginners and those with minimal Linux experience. Participants gained a solid foundation in Linux concepts, empowering them to navigate the Linux interface, manage files, and perform essential system tasks. The workshop combined theoretical learning with interactive exercises, ensuring participants grasp key Linux essentials.
